Sessions are non-refundable but they are transferrable. By submitting your payment and signing this contract, you agree to the following terms:
COPYRIGHT: All photographs taken by Rachael Houser remain her property and are protected by the United States Copyright Laws (USC Title 17) and the Copyright, Design and Patents Act of 1998. Client hereby waives any claim for ownership, income, editorial control and use of the images. It is illegal to copy, scan, reproduce, or post online in forums elsewhere without the written permission of Rachael Houser. Violators of this federal law shall be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
If Client(s) download images from their gallery, they will have Rachael Houser’s full permission to print any amount desired, as long as said Client(s) does/do not claim they are responsible for production of images. If images are used for any print purposes such as newspapers, magazines, etc. the image(s) will not be altered in any way. This includes color and exposure changes and filters on Instagram or any other social media outlets.
DISPLAY: The Client hereby allows Rachael Houser to display any images taken pursuant to this contract in their studios, portfolios, literature, websites, competitions, wedding exhibitions and advertising without written permission from the Client.
CREDITS: While posting images online, providing credit to Rachael Houser by tagging her Facebook page or her Instagram account (@rachaelhouserphoto) is always appreciate but not required.
REPRODUCTION: If the Client wishes to purchase prints, he or she can do so via the gallery link given to them. In signing this contract, the Client understands that he or she is solely responsible for purchasing and ordering prints at their own discretion. If the Client has any issues arise in regards to permissions for printing images, he/she may contact Rachael Houser for assistance.
Rachael Houser suggests that albums, books, canvases and prints are ordered through her to preserve the quality of the images. However, it is not required.
